Berkeley Lodge Nursing Home Manager - £45-55K per annum depending on experience
Berkeley Lodge Nursing Home in Worthing, West Sussex will re-open June 2010. The Home has been completely re-developed into a 65 bed, purpose built nursing home, fit for the requirements of modern nursing care for the elderly.
South Coast Nursing Homes is a family run company with over 50 years trading history. We are currently seeking an outstanding RGN with home management experience to help launch Berkeley Lodge and position it as the premier home in Worthing with three star status.
You will lead a management team of exceptional individuals including a clinical manager. Your responsibility will be to ensure the Home cares for every client as an individual, tailoring care packages and developing daily welfare programmes, by establishing a team of carers of the highest calibre.
